Taylor and Greg set the tone for the 2024 wedding season with an unforgettable celebration! Their wedding was a blast from start to finish. The wedding party looked sharp in a mix of neutrals and black, while Greg stood out in a green tuxedo jacket that perfectly complemented the deep green accents throughout the day. We are thrilled to share all of the joyful moments from this celebration, along with all the delightful surprises that made this day even more special!

Taylor and Greg shared an intimate first look in private, and Greg smiled from ear to ear as he caught a glimpse of his gorgeous bride. The couple enjoyed laughs and hugs before Taylor went on to share her wedding day look with the rest of their friends and family. After sharing a heartfelt first look with her bridesmaids and Father in our beautiful summer parlor, Taylor headed outside for a surprise reveal with the groomsmen. As they turned around their excitement quickly turned to laughter – Taylor had just “iced” them! Standing in front of them with a playful smile, Taylor held out bottles of Smirnoff Ice, setting off the classic prank where the unsuspecting recipients drop to one knee and chug. Such a fun and memorable way to kick off the wedding festivities! After Taylor and Greg wrapped up portraits with one another, their families, and the wedding party, it was finally time to head to the ceremony.

Taylor and Greg’s ceremony took place at our Italian Gardens ceremony site, and had gorgeous white and green florals perfectly placed throughout. Taylor and Greg exchanged the most touching vows in front of friends and family, who smiled through happy tears as the couple said “I do.” Taylor and Greg marked the end of their ceremony with a Jewish wedding tradition by smashing two napkin-wrapped glasses and taking a shot. This tradition marks the end of the ceremony and the beginning of the couple’s married life. The breaking of the glass was followed by the guests shouting “Mazel Tov!” and the party moved in high spirits to cocktail hour.

Signature cocktails were served with a side of mingling and some surprise guests–Alpacas! These fluffy cuties were dressed to impress in their black and white bow ties and toothy grins that captured everyone’s hearts! This was such a fun and unique experience that we will never forget! While guests sipped on refreshing cocktails and snapped photos with the alpacas, Greg took a moment to grab everyone’s attention and began to serenade Taylor with a song he had written just for her. It was a truly beautiful moment that left everyone in awe. As cocktail hour wrapped up, the party moved inside for the reception. The reception featured a chic black-and-white color scheme, accented by bright green floral centerpieces and vines adorning the table. Bright white lights accompanied the top of the tent, and a glowing sign that read “The Thorpes” hung vibrantly above the tables. The guests came inside shortly after to watch the happy couple begin their first dance together as husband and wife.

The reception started out with laughter and champagne toasts until the guests made their way to the dance floor. The night turned into a party as guests indulged in wearing fun heart-shaped glasses and dancing the night away. Towards the end of the night the guests hoisted up chairs that Taylor and Greg each sat in. This Jewish wedding tradition, The Horah, is meant to help spiritually lift couples on their wedding day!

Once the night was starting to come to an end, Taylor and Greg made their grand exit. They walked through a tunnel of lights and bubbles as they made their way to our Aston Martin Rapide. The wedding guests cheered as Taylor and Greg drove off, putting an end to the perfect day.

We had an amazing time bringing Taylor and Greg’s special day to life! From the stunning floral arrangements, to the grand exit, every detail captured the vibrant energy of this incredible couple. Taylor and Greg, thank you for trusting us to make your vision a reality—it was truly a joy! -MM
